There are multiple ways children explore, discover and engage with the environment around them. We offer a series of methods and approaches to bring variety to each day and introduce new ways of learning and gaining awareness of the world around us.

Arts & Crafts

Creativity is unleashed with the use of markers, coloured papers, sparkles, glitter, ribbons, beads, feathers, and the list goes on and on. The use of different materials and textures incorporates sensory learning into the curriculum and offers a fun and imaginative way to learn about core concepts through arts and crafts.

Yoga

Yoga isn’t just for adults; the benefits are just as advantageous for young children. Yoga helps to create awareness of one’s body, build concentration, manage stress, and teach the importance of physical health and wellness. And that’s why we’ve designed a multi-purpose area that is transformed into a mini-yoga studio. The mental and physical break from the daily routine is a welcome activity that the children thoroughly enjoy, helping them to go about the rest of their day with a sense of calm and composure.

Gross Motor Room & Outdoor Play

Our facility offers two enclosed outdoor playgrounds and an indoor physical education space to enhance gross motor skills. Physical play and the chance to run, jump and climb provide opportunities to improve movement, balance and coordination. We have a variety of balls, bikes, push and pull toys, tunnels, hula hoops and soft mats for our children to include during physical play time.
